Simple Video Workflows
This page has two downloadable Word documents of single page instructions for making movies and making narrated slide sequences. These simple instructions have been used in workshops to provide a workflow for participants using both Macintosh and Windows computers. They are intended as a starting point to make people more familiar with the process. Once familiar, people often improvise to create amazing work.
To download files with a Mac, Control-click on the link and select "Download Linked File As..." or "Save Link As..."*, noting where the file is saved.
To download files with a PC, Right-click on the link and select "Download Linked File As..." or "Save link as..." or "Save Target As..."*, noting where the file is saved.
Making Movies – Combining Photos with a Voice Over
* Different browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox) use different words for this but they all mean the same thing - "Please download this file to the location I indicate." If you don't do this very often, it may be best to download the file to your desktop so it is easy to find.
